The Pioneer CT-W208R dual-well cassette deck's feature set is highlighted by Dolby B and C noise reduction technologies and an MPX filter. The MPX filter lets you make cleaner recordings off the radio with Dolby noise reduction engaged, because it filters out the high-frequency carrier signal that would otherwise interfere with the noise reduction circuitry. The CT-W208R also offers many of the basic features you've come to expect from a dual-well deck. You can dub tapes at normal speed, or use the high-speed mode to reduce recording time. What's more, "blank skip" automatically fast forwards over long pauses between tunes, and "relay play" automatically cues up a cassette in the machine's record/secondary tape well when the tape playing in the primary well is finished. It also offers dual-well auto-reverse.
