GRINDSTONE ROAD stars Fairuza Balk (ALMOST FAMOUS) as Hannah, a woman who falls apart after a car accident leaves a young boy in a coma. Director Melanie Orr increases the tension as Hannah's husband and neighbors try to help her out of the slump she is in, but it quickly becomes apparent that the people helping her aren't quite what they seem.
